Our live online Office Workouts are short, effective and fun. And given by our energetic trainers in English or Dutch.
The workouts take up between 5 to 30 minutes. Making them ideally to do between work tasks throughout the day or during lunchbreak. Our Office Workouts have a high engagement, increase productivity, reduce RSI-complaints and have an re-energising effect. Plus no specific equipment is needed.
