Our live online Office Workouts are short, effective and fun. And given by our energetic trainers in English or Dutch.

The workouts take up between 5 to 30 minutes. Making them ideally to do between work tasks throughout the day or during lunchbreak. Our Office Workouts have a high engagement, increase productivity, reduce RSI-complaints and have an re-energising effect. Plus no specific equipment is needed.

OFFICE WORKOUTS: HOW IT WORKS

Our Office Workouts are followed live online on our website. Participants receive a unique and secured link from which the workouts are visible. Chat option is available as well as replay function. The number of workouts, the themes, language in Dutch or English, including days and times are negotiable.
