When you have the desire to improve certain areas of your well-being after doing the well-being quick scan, a follow up coaching session is possible. Our coach Esther is an experienced and cordially coach with a background in sports and mindfulness.
She has a down-to-earth and straight forward approach which leads to results. She is motivated to help you on your way to better health. On average about 10 sessions brings the desired improvements. Sessions can be followed online, on location at one of our offices in The Hague or in the comfort of your own home. The choice is yours.
