When all is balanced you have no physical complaints, feel energetic, have a motivating mindset and are productive. Our online Wellbeing Quick Scan helps to understand what is going well for you mentally and physically. Plus areas for improvement.
WELL-BEING QUICK SCAN: HOW IT WORKS
Together with our life & well-being coach Esther Schippers you answer a few questions and statements. The meeting will take no longer than 30 minutes. And is done via a live online meeting. It leads to a report giving a general overview of your strengths and areas of improvement. The report is sent to you by email.
Well-being Quick Scans are available from Monday to Saturday 07:00am until 07:00pm in Dutch or English. And is offered to you for free without any further obligations. Click on the button to plan your Well-being Quick Scan.
FOLLOW UP COACHING SESSION
When you have the desire to improve certain areas of your well-being after doing the well-being quick scan, a follow up coaching session is possible. Our coach Esther is an experienced and cordially coach with a background in sports and mindfulness.
She has a down-to-earth and straight forward approach which leads to results. She is motivated to help you on your way to better health. On average about 10 sessions brings the desired improvements. Sessions can be followed online, on location at one of our offices in The Hague or in the comfort of your own home. The choice is yours.
The hourly rate for well-being coaching sessions starts at €85 excluding 21% VAT. Days and times are negotiable and possible from Monday to Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm. Sessions are in Dutch or English.
